“Russia is an abnormal country, it is an aggressor country,” he said, visiting the administrative border of Georgia and South Ossetia.

The Head of State added that Moscow’s actions cannot be accepted by the international community. In addition, Duda promised to discuss with Russia at the sessions of the General Assembly and the OSCE platforms.
