The French company BioSerenity announced that it has created a protective mask capable of destroying a new type of coronavirus, BFMTV reports.
The company noted that this product has four layers. One of them has bactericidal and antiviral properties with two molecules — cyclodextrin and Quaternary ammonia. This remedy is capable of blocking and killing a virus that is transmitted by airborne droplets.
According to a company spokesman, the mask can also disinfect itself, making it less hazardous if released into the environment.
This mask was developed by specialists from Lily University Hospital, the National Institute for Health and Medical Research, and the National Center for Scientific Research.
