The number of victims of the railway accident in Pakistan has increased

Two express trains at high speed collided between railway stations near the city of Ghotki in Sindh province.

The death toll from the collision of two passenger trains in Pakistan has increased to 50, more than 70 people were injured. This was announced on Monday, June 7, according to the ARY News channel.

Rescuers continue to work at the scene of the accident, and the recovered passengers are sent to nearby hospitals. Train traffic is suspended. A medical camp has been set up at the scene, where paramedics and military doctors provide medical care.

Recall, on Monday morning in the south of Pakistan, two railway express trains collided. The two trains were carrying about 1,100 passengers, according to Pakistan Railways officials.

Prime Minister Imran Khan has ordered a full investigation into the incident.

Earlier in Pakistan, a van with people fell into the abyss, eight dead. The victims of the accident were two women, three children, and three men. Three other passengers were injured.

Also in Pakistan, a car at speed fell into a canal-killing 11 people. All the victims were from the same family, and seven children were also among the victims. The preliminary cause of the accident is speeding.
