Sleeping capsules for homeless people installed in Germany

Authorities of the German city of Ulm installed special pods for homeless people, reports DW.





Any resident of the city who is experiencing difficulties can sleep overnight in such a capsule without registration and other formalities.

In the morning, social service workers will arrive to offer the person accommodation options in a hostel for the homeless and other assistance.
