Six people were killed and 218 others were injured in a tornado in Wuhan, China’s Hubei Province. This is reported by the city Department of Emergency Situations.
According to the agency, 85 buildings collapsed due to the tornado, 400 buildings were damaged. In addition, the damage was recorded to two tower cranes and 8000 sq. m. meters of temporary working sheds.
Earlier it was reported that a tornado hit the Chinese Wuhan. Gusts of squally wind reached a speed of 23.9 meters per second.
On March 15, China was hit by the strongest sandstorm in the last ten years. At the end of March, a second storm was recorded in Beijing, due to which air pollution reached a dangerous level for health.
