French President criticized Turkey’s “bellicose statements”
The conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over Nagorno-Karabakh cannot be resolved without Russia. France will also do everything to resolve the situation.
This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron at a joint press conference with Latvian Prime Minister Krisjanis Karins, broadcast by the LTV channel.
Macron also criticized Turkey’s “belligerent statements” for pushing Azerbaijan to “reclaim” Nagorno-Karabakh.
Addressing Armenia, Macron said that “France will play its role” and will monitor the observance of sovereignty and will not tolerate any statements in favor of escalation.
Let us remind you that Turkey stated that it is ready to support Azerbaijan in the war for Nagorno-Karabakh.
