French President Emmanuel Macron received a slap in the face from a man. This happened when the head of state visited the department of Drome. It was shown on BFMTV.
The video shows Macron approaching a group of people in order to talk to them and shake hands. But the first handshake turned into a slap in the face. The unknown man greeted the president with one hand and slapped him in the face with the other.
According to the latest data, two people were detained as a result of the incident.
