Iran was accused of delaying negotiations on a nuclear deal

The French Foreign Ministry accused Tehran of delaying negotiations on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

According to the representative of the French Foreign Ministry, Agnes von der Muhl, Iran, by not returning to the negotiations on the JCPOA, jeopardizes the agreement to revive the deal.

The diplomats warned the Iranian leadership that if it does not stop pursuing such a policy, it will not only continue to postpone the lifting of from the republic but also risks undermining the very possibility of completing the negotiations in Vienna and restoring the treaty.

At the end of June, after the announcement of the results of the presidential in Iran, the United States promised to continue negotiations with the new leadership of the republic on returning to the 2015 nuclear deal.
