In Poland, women deputies blocked the work of the Seimas

Women blocked the work of the Polish parliament because of the scandalous ban on abortions due to fetal pathology.





In , opposition women MPs interrupted a meeting of the lower house of the Seimas, protesting against the ban on abortion due to fetal pathology. This was reported by the TVN24 channel.

Protesters surrounded the place where the leader of the ruling party in Poland Law and Justice Jaroslaw Kaczynski sits. Party members protected him from women.

The sitting of the parliament was interrupted. When parliamentary guards entered the courtroom, opposition deputies began to defend the women protestors.

We will remind, in Warsaw in the evening, on October 22, a mass protest took place over the decision of the Constitutional Court, which strengthens the prohibition of abortion.
