Google said there were many flaws in the US Justice Department’s antitrust lawsuit.
“There are many flaws in today’s suit of the Ministry of Justice. People use Google because they made their own choice, not because they were forced to do it or because of the lack of alternatives, ” an excerpt from the statement is quoted.
Google has promised to publish a full response to the Justice Department’s claim soon.
Earlier it was reported that the US Department of Justice accused Google of abusing its position in the field of online search in order to destroy competition, thereby harming consumers.
