If we believe the rumors, then this fall Apple will return to the S-series in smartphones: no iPhone 13, we are waiting for the iPhone 12s with minimal changes in design.
LetsGoDigital published a concept based on the latest rumors. The renders and video show the smartphone with reduced “bangs” Face ID, a Touch ID scanner under the screen, and without the Lightning connector.
Four iPhone models are expected this fall, just like last year, but not all models will lose the connector: insiders talk about only one smartphone without a charging port (it is assumed that it will be the iPhone 12s Pro Max).
Models with the prefix Pro will finally get an LTPO display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It will be funny if Apple changes its mind and leaves 60 Hz for the sake of energy efficiency.
As for the regular iPhone 12s, they’ll get a LiDAR scanner for better portrait mode, low-light focusing, and augmented reality apps.

All smartphones in the series will get reduced “bangs.” The thickness of smartphones will increase by 0.26 mm. It is reported that the smartphones will be released in September without delay.
