The American leader stumbled three times, and after the third, he probably fell, but he was quickly able to get up without assistance and, having waved his hand to those who saw him off, boarded.
The press service of the White House later explained that Biden could have stumbled due to strong winds.
“As you know, today it is very windy, very windy. I almost fell on the steps myself,” said spokeswoman Karin Jean-Pierre, adding that the president is now in excellent health.
