A monument to Harry Potter was erected in central London

The monument to the writer’s book hero Joan Rowling Harry Potter appeared in Leicester Square in the center of London. Potter is depicted flying on a broom.

Bronze Mary Poppins, Paddington Bear, Mr. Bean, and Batman can be found in the same area. The Potter Monument is located between two popular movie theaters. One of them in the autumn of 2001 premiered the first part of the filming — “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”.
