Since October 29, the US authorities have tightened control over supplies to Russia, Venezuela, and China of products that can be used in the military sphere. The relevant information is published on the US Federal Register website.
In particular, the policy of considering licenses for goods under state control for reasons of national security and intended for China, Venezuela, or Russia is changing.
Now the Bureau of Industry and Security will analyze whether the products that are exported can make “a significant contribution to the development, production, maintenance of weapons systems.
