The Daily Mail reports.
According to the participants in the trial, the side effects of the vaccine can be compared to a severe hangover. They had headaches, fever, and muscle aches.
After the first dose of the vaccine, one of the volunteers had side effects similar to the flu shot, and after the second dose, the symptoms were more severe.
Another volunteer, immediately after vaccination, felt as if he had a severe hangover, but his symptoms quickly disappeared.
More than 43,000 people in six countries took part in the third phase of trials of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine.
Earlier, Pfizer announced a successful vaccine trial. The company noted that the course of the vaccine includes two injections. They showed 90% effectiveness just 7 days after the second dose. Thus, the body is protected from COVID-19 28 days after the start of vaccination.
