Users report a crash in Google services

Problems in the operation of services of the American company are observed in a number of countries on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday. This was reported on the Downdetector portal page, which tracks the work of popular Internet resources.

In particular, the problems affected the search engine, Gmail mail service, YouTube video hosting, and Google Drive cloud storage.

About 54% of users of the main Google site complained that they could not log into their account, 45% noticed problems with the search service. The majority of those who reported crashes on YouTube (60%) do not play videos, another 33% have problems loading the website, and 6% are unable to access their video hosting page. Gmail users in 44% of cases reported difficulties in logging into their account, 38% reported problems in accessing the website of the mail service, 15% encountered difficulties in receiving messages.

Most of the complaints are from users in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Finland.
