The UK is already working on a tourist “vaccination passport”

The UK is already working on creating a “vaccination passport” that will be used for travel abroad.

This, referring to its sources, reports The Times.

According to the newspaper, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Health and Social Assistance are jointly involved in the creation of the new document.

Such a passport can be used as admission to countries in which vaccination will be defined as a prerequisite for the entry of foreigners.

Probably, such a rule will apply to visiting Greece, where plans have already been announced to allow free entry to the country for foreigners who have already been vaccinated against COVID-19.

Earlier, the Swedish government announced similar plans to create a digital “vaccination passport” by summer.
