“Powerful explosion” in Paris turned out to be cotton from a fighter

The strong clap, which many in Paris mistook for an explosion, was caused by an airplane flight, Reuters reported on September 30, citing city police.

It is noted that the loud bang occurred due to the fact that the fighter over the city broke the sound barrier.

Note, many media outlets in the afternoon of September 30 reported that an occurred in Paris. Its sound was heard even in the suburbs of the city. The sound hit the broadcast of a tennis match from the Roland Garros tournament.
