The bodies of 13 people were found by law enforcement officials in two vehicles in the Dulce Grande area in the state of San Luis Potosi in central Mexico. This was announced on Monday by the regional prosecutor general’s office.
“Police officers are investigating to establish the causes of death of 11 men and two women, who are currently still considered unidentified,” the document says. One of the cars was registered in the western state of Jalisco, according to the supervisory authority.
It is not yet known which of the criminal communities operating in San Luis Potosi may be involved in the massacre.
