The EU summit decided to expand economic sanctions against Belarus and include new individuals and organizations in the blacklist, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said.
The EU believes that international rules were violated when the plane landed in Minsk, Merkel added.
In addition, according to her, the EU has no data on Russia’s involvement in the incident with the plane in Minsk.
