In two provinces of Egypt, all resort staff were vaccinated against coronavirus

In these regions, hotels are already ready to accept tourists-vaccination of tourism workers continues in other regions of the country

In Egypt, all employees of the tourism sector who work in the resort areas of the Red Sea and South Sinai were vaccinated against coronavirus.

This was announced by the Minister of Tourism of Egypt Khaled al-Anani, reports the Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram.

“The vaccination of our employees is just one of the measures we are taking to ensure that tourists can safely, quickly, and confidently return to the pearls of Egypt,” al-Anani said.

He said that in the provinces of the Red Sea and South Sinai, the staff of hotels, resort cafes, restaurants, tourist bazaars, and transport were vaccinated.

The authorities continue to vaccinate. The goal of the campaign is to vaccinate the entire population of these two provinces against  by the end of June.

“Egypt has started vaccinating tourist staff in other key destinations, including Cairo, Giza, Luxor, and Aswan,” the minister said.
