A number of cities in the Netherlands on Friday suffered from heavy downpours with powerful wind gusts and hail.
This is reported by NOS.
People were warned in advance about the increased level of danger and advised not to hide under trees, so as not to be injured when branches fall, and not to go far from places where you can safely wait out heavy rains and hail.
There are reports of numerous broken trees and overturned furniture on the terraces, and in one of the towns of the province of Gelderland, a construction crane fell due to gusts of wind.
The cyclone covered the country after several days of hot weather.
