In Italy, a vaccination record was set: 600,000 vaccinations per day

In Italy, on Friday, June 4, almost 600,000 people received vaccinations against the coronavirus, which is a record figure for one day.

According to Ansa, this figure was announced by the health authorities on the morning of June 5.

During the day, 598,510 people received vaccinations, of which about 444,600 received their first doses.

In total, in Italy, more than 24.3 million people were vaccinated with the first dose, and 12.7 million people completed the vaccination.

Recall that from June 1, Italians can again visit bars and restaurants on the premises.

From Monday, June 7, the evening curfew will be moved from 23: 00 to 00: 00 throughout Italy, with the exception of the “white zone” regions, where the curfew is not in effect.
