In Germany, a pensioner was detained, who is suspected of sending bombs by mail to several companies.

It is noted that law enforcement officers intercepted and defused a parcel with explosives at the Munich airport. The recipient was the manufacturer of baby food Hipp. Earlier, the same parcels were received by the Wild food company in Eppelheim and the headquarters of the Lidl supermarket chain in Neckarsulm. Because of this, four people were injured.

Police are on the trail of a 66-year-old man. He was detained at his place of residence. It is known that the suspect had not previously come to the attention of the police. Other details are not specified.
