Greece introduces general quarantine

The Greek authorities are introducing a general from November 7 to 30 in Greece in connection with a sharp increase in coronavirus infections. This was announced Thursday by Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis at a press conference, which is broadcast on the state-run ERT-1 TV channel.

“We decided that from 06:00 local time on Saturday (November 7), a quarantine regime will be introduced across the country to curb the spread of coronavirus, which will last until November 30,” the prime minister said.
