Earlier, it was reported that from June 24, by order of the Consulate General of France in Moscow, the visa center stops the extension of a multiple-entry French visa, which was issued for a period of three, four, and five years with an end date in 2020 and 2021.
Earlier, on June 1, the visa centers of France resumed issuing Schengen visas to Russians. Tourists could request an extension of a five-year multiple-entry short-term visa issued by France and expired during the coronavirus pandemic.
