Queen Elizabeth II of Britain has made an appeal to her subjects to be vaccinated against a new type of coronavirus, following her example. This was reported by the PA news agency.
According to her, after vaccination, a person has a “sense of security.” She added that being vaccinated “doesn’t hurt at all” and “is completely harmless.”
“I think that for people who have never been vaccinated before, this is obviously a difficult decision, but they should think not only about themselves but also about others,” emphasized Elizabeth II.
The Queen also pointed to the successful COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
Earlier, the husband of Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, was hospitalized due to malaise. Prior to that, the spouses were vaccinated against coronavirus in January 2021.
