Denmark intends to provide an official document confirming that the person has been vaccinated against Covid-19.
It is reported by The Local.
The Danish Ministry of Health will issue a “Covid-19 vaccination passport” earlier this year.
Vaccinated people in the country will be able to download the documentation through a dedicated website by logging in with a secure digital ID.
Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is expected to be beneficial for those traveling abroad, the ministry said.
“We expect that other countries may require the provision of vaccination documentation upon entry. Here you can use the Danish vaccination passport,” the ministry said.
The documentation will be updated as new information about vaccinations becomes available, such as how long drugs have been effective.
