On Monday, the Czech government will consider moving the country from the fourth level of epidemiological threat to the maximum, fifth. This was stated on the eve of the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic Jan Gamacek, noting that the situation with coronavirus in the country is deteriorating.
The politician refused to predict from what day in the Czech Republic can tighten restrictive measures. It is known that the fifth level involves a ban on leaving the house unnecessarily, as well as the closure of enterprises providing household services and all shops, except those that sell essential goods.
Since last Friday, museums and galleries, fitness centers, indoor stadiums, and gyms, as well as cafes and restaurants that were allowed to sell takeaway food and drinks have been closed in the Czech Republic. The maximum number of participants in public events has been reduced to six. From 23: 00 to 05: 00, the republic introduced a ban on the free movement of citizens without extreme necessity.
