COVID-19 has killed more than two million people worldwide

The number of COVID-19 deaths worldwide has reached 2,000,905.

This is reported by data from Johns Hopkins University, which collects real-time data.

The countries with the most deaths are:

U.S. — 389,581 ;
Brazil — 207,095 ;
India — 151,918 ;
Mexico — 137,916 ;
United Kingdom — 87,448 ;
Italy — 81,325 ;
France — 69,452 ;
Russia — 63,558 ;
Iran — 56,621 ;
Spain — 53,079.

The total number of cases of  infection in the world during the epidemic was 93.4 million, according to data from Hopkins University on January 15. Of these, 23.4 million were in the United States.
