The social network Clubhouse has launched an official app for the Android operating system. This is reported on the company’s website.
For now, the app will run on Android in beta and only in the United States. After some time, the Clubhouse will be able to join the residents of other English-speaking countries, and then the rest of the world.
Over the next few weeks, the developers will gather feedback, fix bugs, and add a few features.
“If you are an Android user, you can download Clubhouse and register now to be notified when the social network becomes available in your area,” the publication says.
The fact that Clubhouse began testing the app for Android became known in early May. Before that, the social network was only available for iOS users.
The Clubhouse platform has been in existence since April last year. In Russia, the social network, where you can exchange voice messages and create “rooms”, gained popularity in early 2021.
