Buckingham Palace has published a vacancy for a manager who will lead and develop the internal and external social networks of the royal court. This is reported on the website of the palace.
The employee will participate in internal communications, including annual events, briefings, and ad hoc campaigns, as well as develop “the external presence on the Internet and social networks.” Candidates will be expected to be proficient in digital technology, photography skills, and a social media editor.
“As we look to the future, more flexible practices are likely to persist beyond the pandemic, making your role key to our future,” the announcement notes.
Applications will be accepted until February 7. The salary is £30,000 a year.
Earlier, Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh Philip, were vaccinated against the coronavirus.
