The Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Belarus has published a full transcript of the recording of the dispatcher’s negotiations with the Ryanair pilot. This is reported by Tut. by.

The Department said that on May 23, the Minsk airport received a letter from the addressee ahmed_yurlanov1988@protonmail.com about the threat of a terrorist attack over Vilnius. The information was passed to Belaeronavigation. The crew was informed about the received threat and recommended to land at the alternate airfield in Minsk. At the same time, the crew clarified the sources of information several times.

The department of the Belarusian Ministry of Transport also claims that the head of flights of the Minsk regional Air Traffic Control Center tried several times to call the representative office of Ryanair in Lithuania, but to no avail. The ministry added that all materials will be sent to international aviation organizations and the heads of aviation administrations of European countries.
