The Chinese company Xiaomi is preparing a new fitness bracelet in the Mi Band series, which will be more expensive than its predecessors, but it will have an unusual feature. This is reported by GSMArena with reference to the leaked presentation.
According to the published slide photos, the new Mi Band will receive a display with a 360-degree viewing angle. Thus, the screen on the bracelet will completely surround the user’s wrist. A system of magnets will be used to fasten the bracelet.
The device will be called Mi Band X. Its design, judging by the description, will be similar to the Nubia Alpha smartwatch, which has a circular display attached to the bracelet.
Xiaomi employees reported that the Mi Band X will be thin and light, but any technical characteristics of the gadget have not yet been disclosed.
