Companies believe the US has illegally raised customs duties on Chinese goods
About 3.5 thousand American companies filed a lawsuit against US President Donald Trump.

Representatives of major companies such as Tesla, Ford Motor, Target, Walgreen, and Home Depot claim that the United States has illegally increased customs duties on Chinese goods.
US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and US Customs and Border Protection have been designated as defendants.
At the same time, US President Donald Trump himself claims that the increase in duties is fully justified.
Americans are confident that China continues to steal American intellectual property.
